Hosting has 4 components.
Venue - Your community center, school or tribal gym.
Collaboration (Collab) - There are two parts.
Maunga Designz provides the RezzConPop-up Experience
Your culture or youth program team works directly with MDZ
Hosting - Everyone comes together for the pop-up event.
All of the preparation will payoff and the fun begins.
Follow Up - Registered guest are given a survey via QR code.
The survey helps us to know what your tribal community likes.
We’re also able to provide a list of all the programs that participated.
Our goal is to connect all ages, especially youth, to resources.

Let’s organize an event inspired by pop-culture but grounded in love. The goal is to work with existing youth and culture programs who will provide the space, staffing, and food. Then…
Reach out to other tribal programs like mental health, recovery, etc., to provide activity booths. They would be included with the artist alley and other vendors.

Fees Involved
In general, it’s the same fees an organization would expect from hosting a holiday dinner. The overall budget depends on how much you would like to invest into the event. However the only extra cost outside of your tribes hosting capacity is the RezzConPop-up Experience. Together we want to ensure that this event is FREE entry to tribal members and community. Our fee is minimal compared to the lasting positive impression and we have several packages available. If you want more info

RezzConPop-up Experience
Your experience includes but not limited to
Marketing campaign of both digital and printable flyers.
Adding your logo and respective sponsors information onto the flyers.
Webpage dedicated to your tribe’s event. It will be RezzConPop.com/tribal-name
Organization of the event at all stages.
Work directly with your “host” team. It could be your youth or culture program.
T-shirt design with your events details.
Managing vendor inquiries, enrollment, setup and breakdown.
BOTTOM LINE we curate the pop-up convention to your tribe.
Emceeing the RezzCon from start to finish.
DJ-ing, closing the event with a dance party.
Please Provide
Tribal gym or venue to host the pop-up.
Willing to work with other departments.
Provide security, staff or volunteers.
Ability to feed & hydrate the attendees.
