Q. What's a Rezz Con?

A. Similar to a comic or pop culture convention but not as extravagantly expensive and no celebrity guess. They wanted it to be about the fandom and make it free to the tribe.

Q. Why is it called "Rezz Con" or "Rezz Con Pop?"

A. It started in 2022 on a reservation in WA. state as part of a youth program called C.A.R. (Cultural Arts ReImagined). The event was to launch C.A.R. but it eventually became its own thing.

Q. Explain "Pop" in the name.

A. It has two meanings; Pop as in Pop-Culture, and Pop as in Pop-Up-Event.

Q. Where did this idea come from?

A. The organizers are Comic/Studio Ghibli/Anime enthusiasts who attend several conventions in their state. They noticed how it brought fans together but it was also too expensive for most families. The basic elements of a “convention” are mutual interest + experiences = community and that’s what they wanted to bring to the reservation.

Q. How to become a VENDOR?

A. For our 1st event in Puyallup we’re asking for you to email RezzConPop@gmail.com

Q. How much?

A. At this time it’s a $50 item donation that we will put towards the costume contest. That’s it.

Q. Space size?

A. About 10' length or width, we'll have it measured. The depth will vary depending on where you are.

Q. Are we allowed to reserve space?

A. At this time it’s a first come basis.

Q. When are vendors allowed to set up?

A. Please line up two hours before the event and be kind.

We reserve the right to deny any vendor who refuses to cooperate with our team or other vendors.
